📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.
• Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and expenses.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in procurement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
