📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist tutors in preparing and delivering lesson plans and materials.

Monitor student progress and provide feedback to tutors.

Help maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.

Assist in grading and providing constructive feedback to students.

Support tutors in organizing and conducting assessments and exams.

Assist in the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives.

Provide administrative support to tutors as needed.

Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Passionate about education and committed to student success.

Familiarity with educational technology and tools.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
