Sentral Putri Bakery is seeking a dedicated Butler to join our team. As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in/check-out procedures.,Provide concierge services, including restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations.,Assist guests with their luggage and ensure their comfort during their stay.,Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the guest rooms and public areas.,Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for guests.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist with event planning and coordination for special occasions.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
