📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the sales team by providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for sales optimization.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to senior management on sales performance and commercial strategy.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs to enhance team performance.
• Monitor and report on sales pipeline and forecast accuracy to ensure targets are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial support, sales analytics, or a related role.
