📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.,Manage inventory levels and restocking as needed.,Ensure the shop is clean and well-organized at all times.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Promote products and services to increase sales.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and weekly targets.,Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days in office, 3 days remote).,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
