As an Import Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the import process from start to finish. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their goods are cleared through customs efficiently and delivered on time. You will use your knowledge of logistics, airfreight, and customs procedures to ensure that our clients' needs are met. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth import processes
• Manage customs clearance procedures, including documentation and compliance
• Track and manage import orders using SAP and Excel
• Assist in the preparation and submission of customs declarations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams
• Assist in the resolution of any issues that arise during the import process
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, airfreight, or customs clearance
• Familiarity with SAP and Excel
• Knowledge of customs procedures and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
