As an IT Infrastructure & Systems Support Executive, you'll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining these systems, ensuring they are always available and secure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support to retail outlets, warehouses, and head office, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and security software.
• Conduct regular system backups and recovery drills to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats and data breaches.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to IT infrastructure and systems.
• Train and support retail staff on basic IT skills and troubleshooting techniques.
• Work closely with the retail and warehouse teams to understand their IT needs and provide timely solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems support, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Cisco CCNA are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and networking protocols.
• Experience with IT security best practices and tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
