📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage 2-4 concurrent IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including executive leadership, technical teams, and end-users, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, using project management tools like Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in IT project management.
• Provide regular progress reports and status updates to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-level projects.
• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions, including ERP, CRM, and other business-critical systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and the ability to adapt to different project management approaches.
