Up Mart Lestari is seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a passion for maintaining high standards in quality control.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting routine and specialized laboratory tests and analyses.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Recording and analyzing test results, and preparing reports for management.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Training and supervising junior laboratory staff as needed.,Collaborating with other departments to support product development and quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Familiarity with quality control and quality assurance principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Valid certification in laboratory techniques (preferred).
