📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounting systems,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to regulatory bodies and stakeholders,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations,Provide financial advice and guidance to the management team,Monitor and control the company's budget and financial performance,Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus
