The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling and customer service, with the ability to lead and manage a team of cashiers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Process all financial transactions, including sales, refunds, and deposits.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer service.,Train and develop new cashiers to maintain high standards of service and accuracy.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.,Participate in inventory management and stock control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or retail environment.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team of cashiers.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and cash handling procedures.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,High school diploma or equivalent.
