📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily security operations of the facility.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.,Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies.,Maintain and update security protocols and procedures.,Train and supervise security personnel.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies as needed.,Ensure compliance with all security regulations and laws.,Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Proficiency in using security management software and tools.,Valid security license or certification is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
