Our school uses the Kipinä curriculum, which focuses on play-based learning and holistic development. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach Mandarin to preschoolers using the Kipinä curriculum, focusing on vocabulary, pronunciation, and basic sentence structures.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that incorporate play-based learning activities.
• Assess and monitor children's progress in Mandarin, providing feedback to parents and educators.
• Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education and Mandarin language teaching.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, participation, and progress in Mandarin.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and welcoming school environment for all children and staff.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of the preschoolers in your care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Mandarin Language Teaching, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching Mandarin to preschoolers or young children.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPK, NCCE, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Fluency in Mandarin (HSK level 4 or higher) and proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of the Kipinä curriculum and play-based learning principles.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusivity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and a desire to make a positive impact on children's lives.
