You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MES solutions into our manufacturing processes.

As a MES Engineer at Longcheer Holdings, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining MES software such as SAP MES, Rockwell Automation, or similar systems. Your daily tasks will include analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to improve productivity. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement MES solutions to streamline production processes
• Configure and customize MES software such as SAP MES or Rockwell Automation
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Develop and implement solutions to improve productivity and quality
• Maintain and troubleshoot MES systems to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MES solutions into manufacturing processes
• Provide technical support and training to manufacturing personnel
• Monitor and report on the performance of MES systems to ensure continuous improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MES engineering or a similar role
• Proficiency in MES software such as SAP MES, Rockwell Automation, or similar systems
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
