📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with various departments to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflows.
Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Train and mentor staff on operational procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records and reports.
Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on operational performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management within the tourism and hospitality industry.
Proficient in using operational management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Certification in operational management or a related field is a plus.
