📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of stewards to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Train and develop stewards to enhance their skills and performance.,Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Work closely with the management team to improve kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a kitchen or food service environment.,Proven track record of managing a team and ensuring operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and ordering systems.,Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
