📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in documentation.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides.,Edit and proofread technical content to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in developing training materials and other educational content.,Participate in cross-functional projects to support product development and customer support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong writing and communication skills in English.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Experience with API documentation is a plus.,Understanding of software development processes is beneficial.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
