📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist the Captain in managing projects and teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project progress and report to the Captain.

Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations.

Handle administrative tasks related to projects.

Provide support in training and development of team members.

Assist in the resolution of any issues or conflicts that may arise during projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of project management principles.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools.

Proven track record of successful project management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
