📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and training.,Ensure food quality and safety compliance.,Maintain inventory and manage food costs.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Head Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Experience in managing kitchen staff and maintaining high standards of food quality.,Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and POS systems is a plus.
