📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as payroll processing and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.,Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Provide general HR support to the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and payroll software.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
