📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.,Manage the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Oversee employee onboarding and training programs.,Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular HR audits and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.,Knowledge of HR best practices and trends is a plus.
