📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Prepare and store ingredients and supplies as needed.,Assist in the preparation of sauces, dressings, and other food items.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.,Good understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
