📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.,Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.,Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.,Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
