As the Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain financial records.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Monitor cash levels and ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Train and mentor junior cashiers.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.,Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.,Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a healthcare or financial setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and financial software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Previous experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
