📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of cashiers to ensure smooth and efficient cashier operations.,Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including sales, receipts, and cash handling.,Monitor cash drawer levels and ensure proper reconciliation of cash and bank deposits.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve their performance and skills.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular cash counts and audits to ensure accuracy and security.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a retail or hospitality environment.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.,Excellent mathematical and analytical skills to handle financial transactions accurately.,Knowledge of cash handling procedures, including counting and reconciling cash.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in cash handling or customer service are a plus.
