📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of supply chain activities.
  • Implement and enforce supply chain policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational targets and improving supply chain performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
