📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department to ensure smooth and efficient processes.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continued business growth.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Train and mentor junior staff members to develop their skills and knowledge.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
