📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Lead and mentor a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to achieve production targets.,Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of product quality.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production processes and timely delivery of products.,Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and production targets.,Analyze production data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in leading and motivating teams.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control and safety protocols.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
