AETHER Corporindo is looking for a talented and passionate HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
