📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy,Review and edit documentation to ensure clarity and consistency,Work with designers and developers to create user-friendly documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide training and support to other team members as needed,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools,Write and maintain user manuals, quick start guides, and other reference materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Understanding of software development processes and methodologies
