As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide excellent service to our customers and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to health and safety standards.,Manage and supervise a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and place orders for supplies as needed.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, and that all staff are properly trained and certified.,Work with the kitchen staff to develop and implement new menu items and specials.,Ensure that the restaurant is profitable and meets or exceeds all financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Experience in managing a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, and experience in ensuring compliance.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Experience in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, and placing orders for supplies.,Experience in working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
