📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.,Assess employee development needs and create personalized development plans.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to align learning programs with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members in the Learning & Leadership Development team.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or HR roles.,Proven track record of designing and implementing successful learning and development programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the organization.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Certifications in learning and development (e.g., ATD, SHRM-CP, or PMP) are a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
