📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail sector.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions.,Manage and oversee business development projects from initiation to completion.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.,Monitor and report on business development metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the retail industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
