In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital advertising campaigns across Meta/Facebook Ads. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement strategic advertising plans that drive customer engagement and increase sales.

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns to achieve marketing goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic advertising plans.
  • Monitor ad spend and ensure campaigns are within budget.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and guidelines.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on Meta/Facebook Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing successful digital advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
