📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Provide excellent table service, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and clearing tables.,Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of tables, utensils, and glassware.,Maintain a high level of hygiene and sanitation in the dining area.,Assist with the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.,Promote and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.,Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Service Crew or similar position.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with food and beverage service standards.,Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Basic knowledge of English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
