📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide financial support to business units, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement financial processes and systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
• Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Support the finance team in achieving financial targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
