In this role, you will greet guests warmly, seat them at their preferred tables, and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit. You will also assist with reservations, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service, all while maintaining the restaurant's high standards of hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and at home.
• Seat guests promptly and accurately, using the restaurant's reservation system and seating chart.
• Assist with reservations, including confirming bookings, taking messages, and handling special requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the guest's visit.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring tables and chairs are set up correctly and promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Uphold the restaurant's policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on restaurant policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a restaurant or bar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software, such as Toast or Square.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor, with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight, as needed.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
