📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of our IT systems, including hardware and software.
• Support the implementation of new technologies and software solutions.
• Provide technical support to staff, ensuring smooth operation of our digital infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and security, identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Assist in the development and testing of new IT projects.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the efficient and secure operation of our systems.
• Provide training and support to staff on IT-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with network and system administration, including Windows and Linux.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
