📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of luxury villa properties, ensuring all systems and facilities are functioning optimally.
• Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and support staff to schedule and manage maintenance activities.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies for villas.
• Resolve any maintenance issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance standards.
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure guest satisfaction and high levels of service.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of villa properties to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and support to maintenance staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering, facility management, or a related role in the hospitality or luxury property sector.
• Proven experience in managing maintenance schedules and coordinating with maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other related systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as IBM Maximo, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Ability to travel to villa locations as needed.
