Finance Officer - Accounting & Reporting

GS Paperboard & Packaging Sdn Bhd is seeking a Finance Officer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for processing purchase orders, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing accurate financial reports. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure our financial records are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process purchase orders and manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and standards
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support the accounting team in audits and reconciliations
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions
• Maintain and update financial databases and systems
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging industry
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
