📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot 4G and 5G network equipment, including base stations, antennas, and backhaul systems.
• Conduct regular network audits and performance tests to ensure optimal connectivity and coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network installation and maintenance projects.
• Monitor network performance and proactively address any issues to minimize downtime.
• Document all network activities and maintain accurate records of network performance and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our network remains at the forefront of innovation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians and other team members.
• Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 network availability and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network maintenance and installation, with a focus on 4G and 5G technologies.
• Certifications in network maintenance and installation, such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or similar.
• Proficiency in using network management tools and software, such as Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Nokia NetAct, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of RF engineering and antenna systems.
• Familiarity with 4G and 5G network protocols and standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
