📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Own the product vision and strategy for the Dashboard product, including defining the product roadmap and prioritizing features.,Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.,Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.,Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.,Communicate product vision and updates to internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, engineering, and sales teams.,Work with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging for the Dashboard product.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform product decisions and keep Stripe at the forefront of financial innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology company, with a focus on financial services or SaaS products.,Strong understanding of financial services and payment processing, with a deep knowledge of Stripe's products and business.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proven track record of delivering successful products, with a focus on user experience and business impact.,Experience with agile development methodologies and a data-driven approach to product decision-making.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.,Experience with financial regulations and compliance, including PCI DSS and other relevant standards.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
